Yes. We offer multiple licensing tiers based on the number of projects that you and your organization need. This ranges from single project licenses to annual enterprise license packages based on volume of projects.

PublicCoordinate licenses are annual and renew after one year.

ll PublicCoordinate licenses default to automatically renew based on your plan and purchase date, unless you opt out of automatic renewal by providing a 60-day notice.

PublicCoordinate allows project administrators to engage multiple phases for a given project. You can create separate maps for a given phase of your project, which allows you to customize phases from early project data collection, through concept plan feedback and beyond. This also allows you to keep all of your data, across phases, in one convenient location. 

PublicCoordinate accepts JSON, geoJSON files and shape files to create map layers. 

With PublicCoordinate, project administrators have the ability to display multiple map views. For example, you may choose to upload multiple alternatives, concept plans, or even geographic boundaries within your project. This allows public users to toggle between and provide feedback on individual map views.

Yes! Project administrators can choose to allow public users to upload images with their comments.

Yes, public user comments are viewable to everyone while the project is active. However, if our AI-powered content moderation detects an inappropriate comment (text or image), that comment will be flagged for project team review and will be hidden from public view until it has been moderated.

There are a variety of options to give the public access to your PublicCoordinate map. You can customize your map’s URL and/or generate a QR code to provide access to across digital or print materials. 

Yes, PublicCoordinate maps are embeddable, so you can embed a map on your project or website. 

PublicCoordinate supports browser-based translations, meaning that if someone accesses an English map but their browser is set to Spanish, their browser will translate the page to Spanish. Additionally, PublicCoordinate offers AI Translations on public-facing pages, so stakeholders and community members can select alternate languages to view the project.

PublicCoordinate supports integration from any survey platform that provides embeddable content via iframe or script.

PublicCoordinate uses AI-assisted comment moderation to identify and flag inappropriate content. If an inappropriate comment – text or an image – is detected, that comment is automatically hidden from all public users and is then flagged for the project team to review and moderate.
